1、表示在几楼上，要用介词on，如on the first floor.在一楼。 The first表示第一的，序数词在使用时前面一定要加the,表示事物的排列顺序。

一、指导思想：
坚持英语教学的实用性原则，改变过于注重语法和词汇的讲解和教学的倾向;倡导语言知识与语言技能训练相结合的开放互动学习模式;根据小学生的特点，正确把握语言知识与语言技能的关系。这学期的英语教学重点是听、说、读、写的训练。要培养学生良好的语感、良好的语音语调、正确的听、说、读、写习惯和使用语言的习惯。重要的是要培养良好的接受和学习英语的方法，以便为进一步的学习奠定基础。
二、学生学习情况分析：
五年级学生学了两年多英语，有一定的基础。英语听、说、读、写的好习惯基本养成。但是由于教材内容比以前越来越难，学生的学习兴趣比以前更难保持，容易出现两极分化。所以这学期要注意转化后进生，因材施教，分层次教学，兼顾不同年级的学生，保持学生的学习兴趣。虽然五年级已经升到高年级了，但还是保留了孩子的特点。他们活泼好动，对新事物有强烈的好奇心，有强烈的求知欲，有强烈的表达欲。因此，教师应该一如既往地采用新的、生动有趣的教学形式来保持和提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
三、教材分析：
这本教材难度合理，过渡平和。它主要采用全物理响应的教学方法，使学生在不同的学习活动中感知和使用英语，从而使学生可以通过做、唱、玩来学习。在过去两年的基础上，本教材的内容继续选择与学生生活和学习现实密切相关的话题，满足学生的需求六个单元依次涉及新老师、周、食物、家务、房间、自然环境。这些语言材料真实、生动、有趣，让学生开心、快乐教材的教学形式丰富多样，有对话、歌谣、歌曲、绕口令、任务、绘画、剪贴等。让学生在丰富多彩、有趣的课堂气氛中学习和使用语言。在培养学生能力方面，这类活动逐步培养学生自主学习和反对使用语言的能力。由此，学生积极求知、努力进取的潜能也得到了发掘。
四、教学目标：

六、培训措施：
(a)培养优秀人才的措施
好学生智力更好，更重要的是学习习惯好，学习积极。所以在教学过程中，在提出和其他同学一样的基本要求的基础上，这部分同学要适当提高要求，增加难度。具体措施如下：
1，学生‘优差’搭配，合作标准。在分活动和小组活动中，优秀生和差生要适当搭配，以利于实践活动的顺利开展，同时充分发挥优秀生对差生的引导作用，弥补大班教学的不足。
2、鼓励资优学生订阅英语报刊杂志，多吸收课外英语知识和西方文化知识，拓展知识面。

(2)扶贫措施
一般来说，后进生思维迟钝，理解和应用能力差，上课活跃，注意力不能集中，解决难题能力弱。他们不是不会雕枯木的穷学生。他们的差异主要是行为、习惯、态度上的缺陷。根据后进生形成的原因，我制定了以下措施：
1、主动发掘自己的优势，并发扬光大，尽量少批评，多表扬，多鼓励，多帮助，让他们在课堂上感受到老师的重视和理解。
2、在教学中，由浅入深，由易到难，逐步深化，注重方法和评价，以免害后进生。设计适合自己梯度的知识和题型，让后进生有一个成功的学习经历，从而激发学生学习的积极性和主动性，增强学习的自信心。
3、业余时间提供有针对性的辅导，积极与家长沟通，得到他们的配合。在课堂上，给他们更多的关注，努力在这学期取得进步
